Agreement Between: Karen Harbin (the "Coach) of Karen Harbin | Career Direction Coaching and the purchaser of this course whereby Karen Harbin agrees to provide an on-line course for the purchaser.
Description: A course is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between Karen Harbin and the Purchaser that is a thought-provoking, educational, informative process that inspires the client to to maximize and expand personal potential
Liability: The Purchaser is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. As such, the Purchaser agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any action or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of the services provided by the Specialist.
Client understands that Coaching and this course specifically is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Client understands that the course is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice from legal, mental, medical, or other qualified health professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If the Purchaser is currently under the care of a mental health professional, the Coach recommends that the Purchaser inform the health care provider.
Purchaser agrees to communicate honestly and be open to feedback and assistance. This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supercedes all prior written and oral representations in regard to Astrology and Human Design consultations.
